4. AI & Model Use
Customer content is processed to provide the Services. Customer data is not used to train shared models without explicit agreement. Regulatory corpora are versioned and source-attributable.

We share data only with: subprocessors (cloud hosting, logging, support tools) under contractual safeguards, and legal authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data.
6. Data Retention
Retention follows contractual terms and customer settings. Logs are retained for security and reliability for a limited period. You may request deletion subject to legal obligations.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, audit logs, and least-privilege practices. No system is perfectly secure; we continuously improve safeguards.
