A project team working around a physical mixed-use development model

Built for the work between opportunity and shovel-ready.

We started Deventic to make complex pre-construction work clearer, faster, and more accountable.

Why we started Deventic.

Every development begins with an idea and a piece of land. Then the work fragments across public records, regulations, reports, models, consultants, agencies, emails, meetings, and decisions.

We saw strong teams spend too much of their time searching for information, rebuilding analysis, chasing inputs, resolving conflicting documents, and explaining the same project in different formats. Important decisions slowed down because the work had no shared operating system.

We started Deventic to change that. Our goal is to help teams understand exactly where the whole project stands, see how each variable changes the path forward, and carry approved decisions into coordinated action.

We are building for the judgment of the people doing this work. The system should make their expertise more effective, keep the basis for every recommendation inspectable, and never hide uncertainty or authority behind an automated answer.

The Deventic team
A physical mixed-use site model connected to project analysis and coordination

One project. One current understanding.

Deventic brings analysis, scenarios, decisions, dependencies, reporting, and authorized work into one continuously updated project system.

How we are building.

The work is still early. If you are evaluating the product, considering joining the team, or bringing relevant expertise, we would like to hear from you.

Stay close to project reality

The product has to reflect how sites, jurisdictions, teams, approvals, capital, and professional judgment actually interact.

Make the basis inspectable

Recommendations should preserve their sources, assumptions, conflicts, unknowns, and decision context.

Automate work without erasing authority

The system should do more of the research, analysis, coordination, and follow-through while keeping accountable approvals explicit.

Build for change

A project does not stand still. New information should update the plan, downstream work, and current readiness position.
