Cookie Policy
The technologies Deventic uses to keep sessions secure, remember necessary choices, and understand whether the Services are operating correctly.

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a website on your browser or device. Similar technologies may use local browser storage, pixels, software development kits, or request identifiers to remember information or understand how a service is operating.
This Policy explains how Deventic uses these technologies on deventic.ai and within its software. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
How Deventic uses these technologies
- Strictly necessary
- Authenticate users, maintain sessions, route requests, protect accounts, and provide features you request. The Services may not function correctly if these technologies are blocked.
- Preferences
- Remember limited interface or session choices when a feature requires it. These are used to make the Services behave consistently for the user.
- Diagnostics and performance
- Identify errors, understand request performance, and protect reliability. Current diagnostics are configured not to send default personally identifiable information.
Deventic does not currently use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cookies to build profiles for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Services that may set or receive identifiers
Deventic uses service providers for authentication and database operations, hosting and delivery, transactional email, and error monitoring. Those providers may receive cookies, request identifiers, IP addresses, browser information, or related technical data when necessary to perform their contracted services.
Connected services such as Google use their own cookies and technologies on their sites and authorization screens. Their policies govern those environments. Deventic receives only the permissions and data described when you choose to connect an account.
Your controls
Most browsers let you view, remove, or block cookies through their privacy or site settings. You can also clear stored site data. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in, session security, or other requested product functionality.
Where Deventic introduces an optional cookie that requires consent, we will present a choice before setting it. You can return to the relevant controls to change that choice. Because Deventic does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, an opt-out preference signal does not change those practices.
How long cookies remain
Session cookies generally expire when the browser session ends. Persistent cookies remain until their stated expiration, until they are replaced, or until you remove them. Authentication providers may refresh session cookies while an account remains signed in.
We configure retention according to the cookie's function and aim to keep it no longer than reasonably necessary for that purpose. Exact names and durations may vary by browser, environment, and provider configuration.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when the website, software, or supporting services change. We will post the current version here and update the date above. Material changes to optional cookie use will be reflected in the applicable consent controls.
