Senior Product Engineer

Create the project operating experience where teams analyze, decide, coordinate, and move work forward.

The mandate

Make substantial project complexity feel precise, fast, and understandable without hiding what matters.

What you would own

  • Own product features across the web application and its typed server boundaries.
  • Build state-aware interfaces for evidence, scenarios, decisions, dependencies, reporting, and actions.
  • Partner closely with product, design, data, and domain specialists.
  • Raise the quality bar for accessibility, performance, testing, and interface craft.

What we are looking for

  • Deep experience building production web software with TypeScript and React.
  • A strong eye for information hierarchy and the details that make complex tools trustworthy.
  • Comfort owning work from problem definition through production verification.
