The mandate
Ensure Deventic reflects how development decisions are actually made and how projects actually move.
What you would own
- Define high-value workflows, outputs, review standards, and escalation points with the product team.
- Translate cross-disciplinary project decisions into clear requirements and evaluation cases.
- Work directly with customers to understand operating models, recurring pain, and implementation needs.
- Review product behavior for practical accuracy and professional boundaries.
What we are looking for
- Substantial experience leading complex real estate development or pre-construction work.
- Working fluency across several disciplines such as acquisition, entitlement, design, finance, infrastructure, or execution.
- Ability to explain complex project judgment clearly to technical and commercial teams.
